The Room
ARVI opened in 2017 on 3e Avenue in Limoilou — Quebec City's east-of-the-river residential district. Julien Masia runs the kitchen as a small chef-driven tasting-menu project. The dining room seats 36; the booking window is four to six weeks. Inaugural Michelin Guide Quebec 2025 awarded one star.
Service is small-team and floor-warm.
The Food
The six-course tasting at $165 rotates monthly. Wine programme is small but intelligent — French-natural and Quebec-natural.
