Field is the headline of any Prague Monday: a Michelin star you can actually book at the start of the week, while La Degustation, the city's other starred room, stays dark. Chef Radek Kasparek cooks a playful modern-European tasting in a converted Old Town building near the river, the dishes built on Czech produce and a touch of theatre. The weekday two-course lunch starts near Kc 1,100; the degustation menus run from about Kc 2,900 up to Kc 4,000. It serves Monday lunch and dinner, eleven to half past two and six to half past ten. Book a week or two out for a Monday dinner.
