The cuisine is contemporary Tahitian. Signatures include a Polynesian poisson cru with coconut milk; a Polynesian-tuna sashimi; a wood-fired Polynesian mahi-mahi; a slow-cooked duck à la Tahitienne with Polynesian vanilla; a Polynesian shrimp curry.
The wine list runs to 150 references with French Champagne, Polynesian rum, and a tightly chosen French-rosé section.
