Sadelle's Miami opened on Collins Avenue inside the Cadillac Hotel in 2021 as a Major Food Group project modelled on the original SoHo Sadelle's (2015). The Miami format extends the deli concept across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a weekend brunch that runs from 10am to 4pm.
The weekend brunch is the signature service: a tower service of hand-sliced smoked salmon, sable, sturgeon, and whitefish arriving on a multi-tiered plate with fresh bagels, pickles, cream-cheese blends, and capers. Beyond brunch the kitchen runs a full deli menu, a signature corned beef on rye, a rotisserie chicken, and a trend-setting caviar service. Dinners land $65-110 per person.
The dining room is bright-Mediterranean — white tile, turquoise banquettes, black-and-white photography — and notably brighter than most Miami Beach equivalents. The weekend brunch line begins at 9:30am without a reservation and the dining room is full through the 4pm close. The staff is senior and allergy-fluent.
