Tree Tops Sky Dining

Tree Tops Sky Dining is Anantara Lawana's private-sala dining concept — eight individual wooden pavilions sitting on stilts within the treetop canopy, connected by rope-bridged wooden walkways above the resort's garden. Each sala is its own private dining room: one table, four seats maximum, a personal server, and an eight-course menu delivered one course at a time to your private deck.

The menu is Thai with an international finishing layer. The standard progression: a ceviche opener, a soup (usually tom yum goong or tom kha), a Thai salad, a pasta course, a main (options include Wagyu, lobster, or massaman curry), a palate-cleanser, a dessert, and petits fours. Wine pairings are available; the sommelier will bring bottles to your sala for inspection.

The theatrical element is the walk in — torches, wooden walkways, the rope-bridge approach through the canopy — and the isolation. You cannot see, hear, or be seen by other diners. It is the most private fine-dining room on Koh Samui, more private than Dining on the Rocks and a different register of dinner.
