The menu runs two programmes. The daytime and early-evening service is the creperie — buckwheat galettes as savoury mains (the classical complete, the Emmentaler-mushroom, the spinach-goat-cheese, several seasonal specials) and sweet crepes for dessert. The late-evening service runs a short classical-French main-course menu: duck confit, pan-seared sea bass, entrecôte with handmade frites. The wine list is short, all French, and well-curated at the mid-tier.

For a first date or a small birthday of four, the early-evening sitting (6:00pm to 8:00pm) runs through galette-and-dessert as a complete two-course meal at the mid-price tier; for a celebratory dinner, the 8:00pm to late sitting transitions to the full classical menu with wine pairings.

The room is the most polished European-style interior in Hualien, and service — by the chef-owner and a small front-of-house team — is personal, English-competent, and familiar with the booking needs of travelling diners. Reservation lead time is modest (five days for weekend dinner) but the later sitting for the classical menu requires a week or more in the high season.
