The restaurant's identity is built around its live-tank seafood — visible in rows of fresh-water and salt-water tanks that line the entrance — and the central Vietnamese grill cooking that applies to most of it.

The order protocol: select fish, shellfish, and crustaceans from the tanks by weight; specify preparation (steamed, grilled, wok-tossed, or clay-pot); choose sides (morning glory, fried rice, Vietnamese salads). The table-grilled scallops with scallion oil are the restaurant's defining dish — an entire tray of shell-on scallops that the kitchen finishes at the table. The wok-tossed crab with tamarind and the clay-pot fish are the mandatory seconds.

Expect VND 800,000–1,500,000 for two (USD 32–60 depending on the sizing of the crab and whole fish). The restaurant runs exclusively on walk-in basis — no reservations — and peaks at 7–9pm on Saturday evenings, when the queue can run 30 minutes. Arrive by 6:30pm to avoid. The beer selection is limited to Vietnamese domestics; bring-your-own wine is tolerated but not advertised.
