The restaurant sits inside the ballroom of the original Palladian mansion at Lucknam Park — curved walls, three crystal chandeliers, a calming muted-sage palette, pristine double-clothed tables, and full-height windows opening onto the 500-acre estate. The room underwent a complete luxury refurbishment ahead of the 2026 season, its first major redesign in fifteen years.
The kitchen offers three menu formats: a seven-course seasonal tasting (£165), a vegetarian seven-course (£155), and a four-course à la carte (£120). The estate kitchen garden, the walled garden, and Lucknam's own bee-hive and chicken run supply a notable share of the produce — the restaurant holds an active sustainability programme alongside the Michelin star.
Service runs Wednesday to Saturday evenings, 18:00 onward with last orders between 20:00 and 20:30 depending on day. Children under five are not admitted. Parties of ten or more are hosted in the Walnut private dining room, a separately-staffed space off the main ballroom.
