The Room
Vico opened in Palermo Soho in 2017 — a working wine bar with an 80-by-the-glass Enomatic dispenser programme. Eight years later the room is one of Palermo's most-considered wine-bar destinations.
The dining room is intentionally industrial-chic: exposed brick, the wine-dispenser wall along one side, an open small-plates kitchen at the back.
The Food
The kitchen runs a chef-driven small-plates programme — charcuterie, seasonal-rotating Argentine preparations, in-house preserved produce.
