The Room
Ti Amo opened in Palermo Soho in 2014 — a serious Italian restaurant with a Roman-leaning kitchen. Eleven years later the room is one of Palermo's reliable serious-Italian destinations.
The dining room is intentionally trattoria-warm: an open pasta station, a long communal bar, low lighting.
The Food
The kitchen runs an in-house Roman-leaning pasta programme — cacio e pepe, carbonara, amatriciana — alongside seasonal-rotating Italian preparations.
Wine programme is Italian and Argentine. Cocktails are aperitivi-led.
