The Room
Nuestro Secreto opened in 2012 inside the Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires's Mansion gardens — a senior open-air parrilla operation working as the hotel's fine-dining asado offer. Thirteen years later the room is one of Buenos Aires's most-considered international-traveller parrilla destinations.
The dining room is the Mansion garden itself — outdoor parrilla seating under century-old trees, the asado kitchen at the centre.
The Food
The kitchen runs a serious wood-grill programme — bife de chorizo, ojo de bife, asado de tira, the seasonal-rotating Argentine preparations.
Wine programme is heavily Argentine — Mendoza and Patagonia producers. Cocktails are short.
