The Room
Lalín opened in Palermo in 1976 — a senior Galician-Spanish institution. Forty-nine years later the room is one of Buenos Aires's longest-running serious-Spanish destinations.
The dining room is intentionally taverna-warm: white linens, the open paella kitchen visible from every table.
The Food
The kitchen runs Galician-Spanish preparations — seafood-and-paella programme, octopus, the seasonal-rotating Spanish secondi.
Wine programme is Spanish and Argentine. Cocktails are aperitivi-led.
