Estilo Campo opened in Puerto Madero in 2003 — a working waterfront parrilla. Twenty-two years later the room is one of Puerto Madero's reliable international-traveller parrilla destinations.
The dining room is intentionally rustic: exposed brick, the open-fire parrilla kitchen, waterfront seating.
The Food
The kitchen runs a serious asado programme — bife de chorizo, ojo de bife, asado de tira.
Wine programme is Argentine — Mendoza and Patagonia producers. Cocktails are short.
