The Room
Cucina Paradiso opened in Palermo Hollywood in 2007 — Donato De Santis's serious Italian trattoria with an in-house pasta programme. Eighteen years later the room is one of Palermo's reliable serious-Italian destinations.
The dining room is intentionally trattoria-warm: white linens, exposed brick, an open pasta station.
The Food
The kitchen runs an in-house pasta programme — hand-rolled tagliatelle, gnocchi, ravioli. The wood-grilled secondi handle the menu's wider draws.
Wine programme is Italian and Argentine. Cocktails are aperitivi-led.
