The Room
Chui opened in Villa Crespo in 2020 — a chef-driven plant-forward restaurant working through Latin-American seasonal-vegetable preparations. Five years later the room is one of Buenos Aires's most-considered new-generation plant-forward destinations.
The dining room is intentionally minimal: white walls, polished concrete, an open kitchen at the back.
The Food
The kitchen runs Latin-American plant-forward — fermented preparations, wood-fired vegetables, the seasonal-rotating chef's tasting at AR$ 48,000.
Wine programme is natural and Argentine. Cocktails are seasonal.
