Components include: bhuti masu (royal goat curry with Newari spices); aila-marinated grilled buffalo; the formal samay baji presentation; chatamari with three different toppings; bara with three different fillings; yomari with savoury and sweet variations; juju dhau king-curd; an aila-tasting flight of three regional Newari rice spirits; closing chiya (Newari milk tea).
