About The Tides
The Tides Restaurant is one of the leading fine dining beach-front restaurants and art galleries on Barbados. Located in the heart of Holetown, the central West Coast village. The restaurant specialises in fresh seafood, both locally and imported, as well as a great selection of protein dishes with beef tenderloin, chicken, and lamb racks.
The cuisine is contemporary Caribbean seafood. Signatures include a Caribbean-lobster cocktail; a slow-cooked Caribbean grouper with West-Indian spices; a wood-fired Caribbean snapper baked in salt crust; a hand-cut Caribbean tuna tartare; a Caribbean-style 'beef tenderloin' for the meat course; the famous 'tropical fruit pavlova'.
The wine list runs to 400 references with deep French Champagne and Burgundy coverage.
