Mango's is the flagship beachfront dining room of Belmond Cap Juluca. The iconic Moorish-Caribbean luxury resort on Maundays Bay, opened in 1988 and currently in Belmond ownership. And is one of the most polished resort-fine-dining experiences in the Caribbean. The dining room sits in a Moorish-style beachfront pavilion directly on the Maundays Bay sand.
The cuisine is contemporary resort-Caribbean. Signatures include a Caribbean-lobster cocktail; a slow-cooked Caribbean goat with West-Indian spices; a wood-fired Caribbean snapper; a hand-cut Caribbean tuna tartare; the famous 'rum-and-coconut chocolate cake' for the dessert course.
The wine list runs to 500 references with deep French Champagne and Burgundy coverage.
The dining room and beachfront terrace together hold ninety-six covers; the kitchen times the dessert course with the Maundays Bay sunset. Service is Belmond-grade.
