The restaurant sits on the hotel's ground floor in a dining room with brass-inlaid wooden panelling, restored Mughal-inspired screens, and a central show kitchen visible through glass.

The cuisine is North Indian with an explicit focus on the cooking of the GT (Grand Trunk) Road — the historical trade and pilgrimage route running from Kabul through Lahore and Amritsar to Calcutta — which allows the menu to draw on Kashmiri, Punjabi, Awadhi, and Bengali traditions coherently.
