The cuisine is contemporary American brasserie. Signatures include a slow-cooked South Australian Wagyu T-bone over Tasmanian-cask wood; a hand-cut SA-coast tuna tartare with finger lime; a wood-fired Murray cod with samphire; a hand-rolled tagliolino with SA black truffle; the famous 'Sean's burger' for the lunch programme.
The wine list runs to 600 references with deep South Australian smallholder coverage. The cocktail bar runs the city's most extensive aperitif programme.
The dining room and outdoor terrace together hold a hundred and twenty covers; the kitchen runs continuously through the afternoon and evening.
