The Top 10 Restaurants in Las Vegas, 2026

Las Vegas remains the only American city with a three-Michelin-star tasting menu. These are the ten rooms — on and off the Strip — that justify the airfare in 2026.

The Top 10 Restaurants in Las Vegas, 2026

Las Vegas is the only American city where the question is not whether you can eat at the global top tier but which global chef you want to eat with on which night. Joël Robuchon at the MGM Grand remains the country's only three-star tasting menu open seven nights a week; Guy Savoy and Picasso hold two stars each; the Strip's depth between $200 and $500 a head is unmatched anywhere on this continent.

The 2026 list weighs that fine-dining ceiling against the genuinely great mid-tier (Carbone Riviera, Bazaar Meat, Mizumi, Lotus of Siam) and the off-Strip rooms (Lotus of Siam, Sparrow + Wolf) that locals actually book. We have not ranked buffets or celebrity-chef rooms operating on autopilot. Every entry on this list has been visited within the last twelve months.

Read the verdict in italics, the scores in numerics, the booking note in the small text. Every entry links to its full profile and to the broader Las Vegas dining directory.

#1

Joël Robuchon

MGM Grand, Las Vegas Strip · French Haute Cuisine · $$$$

MichelinAnniversaryImpress Clients
Three Michelin stars. America's only three-star tasting menu open seven nights a week. Christophe De Lellis runs the Chef of the Century's legacy, immaculately.
Food9.8/10
Ambience9.7/10
Value8.0/10
Why it ranks here

Joël Robuchon takes the top spot — and not by a small margin. Three Michelin stars, AAA Five Diamond, Forbes Five-Star, Wine Spectator Grand Award. The 18-course menu degustation ($495) is widely considered the best meal in North America, and the case is hard to argue against. De Lellis has held the kitchen at three-star form for over twenty years now, and the famous Robuchon pommes purée remains the single most discussed potato dish in fine dining. Salon Bordeaux private room for any conversation of consequence. The most uncompromising luxury experience in American dining.

Restaurant Guy Savoy

Caesars Palace, Las Vegas Strip · French Haute Cuisine · $$$$

MichelinAnniversaryImpress Clients
Two Michelin stars. Highest-ranked Las Vegas restaurant in the 2026 La Liste. The artichoke and black truffle soup is one of the great dishes of our time.
Food9.6/10
Ambience9.6/10
Value8.2/10
Why it ranks here

Guy Savoy at #2 is a room that any serious diner could credibly argue belongs at #1. The 2026 La Liste global guide ranked it the highest-scoring Las Vegas restaurant. Chef Mathieu Chartron runs the Caesars outpost as a true sister to the three-star original in Paris, and the artichoke and black truffle soup — served with a brioche feuilletée — remains one of the great dishes of our time. The Krug Room (private, 25 seats) is the best private dining room on the Strip.

#3

Picasso

Bellagio, Las Vegas Strip · French Mediterranean · $$$$

MichelinAnniversaryBirthday
Two Michelin stars. AAA Five Diamond since 2002. Original Picasso paintings on the walls; Julian Serrano's French-Mediterranean tasting menu on the table.
Food9.4/10
Ambience9.8/10
Value8.1/10
Why it ranks here

Picasso ranks #3 because the room itself is one of the great fine-dining ambiences in the world — actual Picasso paintings (the Bellagio collection) hang above your banquette, and the patio overlooks the fountains. Chef Julian Serrano's French-Mediterranean tasting menu ($175 for four courses, $195 for five) has held form for over twenty years. The wine cellar runs 1,800 selections. Book the patio for a fountains show across an aperitif; book the inside dining room when the heat matters less.

#4

Carbone Riviera

Bellagio, Las Vegas Strip · Italian-American Seafood · $$$$

BirthdayAnniversaryImpress Clients
Major Food Group's marquee 2025 opening — seafood-forward Italian-American with a fountain-view deck and a Picasso-Renoir-Miró collection on the walls.
Food9.2/10
Ambience9.8/10
Value7.8/10
Why it ranks here

Carbone Riviera at #4 is the most talked-about new restaurant in Las Vegas in years. MFG took the seafood-forward sister concept to the original Carbone and built it around a fountain-view deck flanked by Riva yachts that is, full stop, the most photogenic restaurant space on the Strip. The food has caught up to the room — the spicy rigatoni vodka (yes, still served) shares the menu with serious crudo and a whole turbot for two ($210). Book the deck six weeks out.

#5

Bazaar Meat by José Andrés

The Venetian, Las Vegas Strip · Steakhouse / Spanish · $$$$

BirthdayTeam DinnerImpress Clients
José Andrés' steakhouse-as-theatre — single-bite ossetra caviar cones, vaca vieja beef from mature cows, the most theatrical room on the Strip.
Food9.3/10
Ambience9.2/10
Value8.4/10
Why it ranks here

Bazaar Meat ranks #5 because no other American steakhouse approaches it for sheer ambition. The single-bite ossetra cones are still the city's best opening course; the vaca vieja ribeye (deep mahogany, golden marbled fat from mature Spanish cows) is the order; the chicken-bechamel croquetas are an institution. The room is genuinely theatrical — the open kitchen, the open carving table, the open meat case — and after the move from SLS to the Venetian/Palazzo, the operation runs better than ever. The most fun fine-dining room on the Strip.

Estiatorio Milos

The Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas Strip · Greek Seafood · $$$$

AnniversaryClose a DealImpress Clients
Costas Spiliadis' Mediterranean seafood temple — the Strip's most pristine ice-bed display and the most consistent whole-fish kitchen in the city.
Food9.2/10
Ambience9.0/10
Value8.0/10
Why it ranks here

Estiatorio Milos at #6 makes the case for clean, ingredient-driven simplicity in a city that often forgets the option exists. The seafood display (Mediterranean species flown in twice daily) is the menu — pick the fish, choose the preparation (whole-grilled, baked in sea salt, crudo), pay accordingly. The lunch prix fixe ($65 for three courses) remains the Strip's single best fine-dining value. The Greek wine list is the deepest in America. Send a serious business guest here for a clean conversation.

#7

Lotus of Siam

Spring Mountain Road, Off-Strip Las Vegas · Northern Thai · $$

First DateSolo DiningTeam Dinner
Chef Saipin Chutima's Northern Thai institution — the off-Strip room every visiting chef makes a pilgrimage to.
Food9.5/10
Ambience8.0/10
Value9.6/10
Why it ranks here

Lotus of Siam ranks #7 by sheer cooking power. Saipin Chutima won the James Beard Best Chef Southwest award in 2011 and the kitchen has held form since. The Northern Thai menu (khao soi, nam prik ong, sai oua, jackfruit curry) is genuinely the best in America — sharper, brighter, more obviously regional than any other Thai kitchen at any price. The wine program (yes, wine — focused on Riesling and Gewurztraminer) is one of the most discussed in the country. Off-Strip, casual, and the most serious eating in Las Vegas at this price.

#8

Carbone

Aria, Las Vegas Strip · Italian-American · $$$$

BirthdayAnniversaryTeam Dinner
The original Vegas Carbone — Major Food Group's red-sauce time machine, complete with tableside Caesar and the most photographed spicy rigatoni in America.
Food9.0/10
Ambience9.3/10
Value7.9/10
Why it ranks here

Carbone (the original Vegas outpost, distinct from Carbone Riviera) at #8 is the city's most consistent theatrical dining experience. The tableside Caesar, the David Bowie soundtrack, the captains in raspberry tuxedos — every detail of the production is calibrated and the kitchen runs at a level the casual observer often underestimates. The veal parmesan is the order; the spicy rigatoni vodka is the photograph. Book six weeks out; the back room is the move.

#9

Costa di Mare

Wynn, Las Vegas Strip · Italian Seafood · $$$$

AnniversaryProposalImpress Clients
The Wynn's Italian seafood room with a private lagoon — the single most romantic dining room on the Strip.
Food9.1/10
Ambience9.5/10
Value8.0/10
Why it ranks here

Costa di Mare ranks #9 for ambience as much as for food. The lagoon-side patio (with private lily-pad tables, candles, and a cascade behind the dining room) is the single most romantic dinner setting in Las Vegas — book it for a proposal, an anniversary, or any night that needs a story. The kitchen runs a serious coastal-Italian seafood programme; the whole fish in salt crust is the order. Wine list is one of the deepest Italian programs in America.

Sparrow + Wolf

Chinatown / Spring Mountain, Off-Strip · Modern American / Asian · $$$

First DateAnniversarySolo Dining
Brian Howard's Chinatown chef-driven flagship — the most exciting off-Strip kitchen and the locals' answer to the Strip.
Food9.0/10
Ambience8.7/10
Value9.1/10
Why it ranks here

Sparrow + Wolf rounds out the top ten because every serious Las Vegas eater eventually points to it as the local pick. Brian Howard runs a modern American menu with deep Asian undercurrents — the wagyu dumplings with bone marrow, the rabbit tortellini, the dry-aged duck — and the kitchen is technically as serious as any Strip room at half the price. The whisky and amaro program is one of the best in the country. Sit at the chef's counter; book three weeks out for a weekend.

Methodology

Three scores out of ten: Food, Ambience, Value. Value in Las Vegas is scored harder than in most cities — a $295 tasting menu earns its score against the rest of the Strip's $295 menus, not against a $95 menu elsewhere.

We do not accept hosted meals and do not run paid placements on these rankings. Cross-checked against the Las Vegas Michelin-equivalent recognition list (Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, Wine Spectator Grand Award) and recent La Liste global rankings, where Restaurant Guy Savoy was the highest-ranked Las Vegas room in the 2026 guide.

How to book the right table

Reservation reality: Joël Robuchon, Guy Savoy, and Picasso book four to eight weeks out. Carbone Riviera (the city's hottest reservation in 2026) is six weeks. Bazaar Meat takes walk-ins at the bar most nights. Lotus of Siam off-Strip is the easiest serious meal — a week out is plenty.

Tipping: 20% standard, 22-25% on tasting menus, and the maître d' at the three-stars deserves a $50-100 tip on top if they have moved you to a better table. Dress code: jacket required at Joël Robuchon, Guy Savoy, and Picasso; jacket welcomed at Carbone, Bazaar Meat, and Costa di Mare. Smart casual elsewhere.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the single best restaurant in Las Vegas?

Joël Robuchon at the MGM Grand. Three Michelin stars (the city's only one), AAA Five Diamond, Forbes Five-Star, Wine Spectator Grand Award. Chef Christophe De Lellis runs an 18-course tasting menu that the trade routinely calls the best meal in North America.

Which Las Vegas restaurants have the most awards?

Joël Robuchon (3 stars), Guy Savoy and Picasso (2 stars each). The Bellagio, the MGM Grand, Caesars Palace, and Wynn host the bulk of the city's top-tier rooms. Carbone Riviera at the Bellagio is the marquee 2025-2026 opening.

Is Carbone Riviera actually worth the hype?

Yes. The Major Food Group's seafood-forward sister to Carbone Riviera occupies a fountain-view space at the Bellagio that may be the most beautiful new restaurant in America, and the cooking has caught up to the room. Book six weeks out; the fountain-view deck is the order.

Where do locals actually eat?

Lotus of Siam (Spring Mountain Road), Sparrow + Wolf, Yui, and Raku for serious off-Strip Japanese. Carson Kitchen downtown for a more casual chef-driven night. The Strip is for visitors; the food scene is for residents.
